Project Manager & Designer
Zach joined Schooley Caldwell after he earned a Master of Architecture from Ball State University in 2013—also where he earned his undergraduate degree. He is originally from Indianapolis and has also lived in Texas, California, South Carolina, Paris (7 years), and spent a semester in Australia as part of a study abroad architecture program at BSU. Zach decided to study architecture in part because of this exposure to diverse places and is now getting to know his newest home, Columbus.
At Schooley Caldwell, Zach is currently working on two garages: the new FCCFA Ohio Center Garage, and Lincoln at Pearl Garage, an urban infill project in the Short North that will feature structured parking, market-rate residential units, and a restaurant. He recently finished work on our renovation and expansion of the Greater Columbus Convention Center.
Outside of work, Zach is an avid sports fan and loves traveling and exploring new places.
