Occupying prime real estate in the heart of downtown Cincinnati, Ohio, the 162,500 SF Provident Bank Building will soon undergo a complete renovation. It was recently purchased by Pearl Capital Management, and Schooley Caldwell is designing the $38 million transformation. Because it was first built in 1909 as the headquarters of Provident Bank, this almost century-old building is on track to receive over $3 million in historic tax credits.

Upon completion, The Provident (named to honor its past) will house several floors of office space; 160 apartments, from 540 to 1,000 SF; and ground-level retail.
