Bob Loversidge, President & CEO of Schooley Caldwell, was included in Columbus Business First’s “Power 100” this year, a list of central Ohio’s most influential people.

Bob has been with Schooley Caldwell for over four decades, and over the years he has worked on some of Columbus’ most iconic buildings. Some of Bob’s recent projects include: the Ohio Statehouse, Minnesota State Capitol, Utah State Capitol, Michael B. Coleman Governmental Center, Ohio Judicial Center, LeVeque Tower, Franklin Park Conservatory, and the Lazarus Building.

Currently, Bob is designing the renovation and restoration of the Hoster Brewery complex, along with the new lodge at Hocking Hills State Park.

Loversidge’s fingerprints are all over Columbus. The veteran architect and CEO of Schooley Caldwell has been the go-to designer of high profile projects over the decades.
