Office Renovations Revealed

We love our office!

It has so many cool features and suits our business so well that we’ve actually been here for decades. Once an old paint factory, our building has a lot of unique attributes: tons of exposed brick, walls of windows, original wooden columns and ceiling beams, a spacious lobby filled with natural light...

The location is also phenomenal—being downtown in the Arena District means that we can walk to a lot of our projects, like the new Ohio Center Garage, the Rhodes Tower, or our Short North projects, such as Hubbard Park Place.

Because we all spend so much time here (and because we’re architects and can’t resist), we recently made some changes to our space. Here are some before and after shots illustrating what we’ve done in the past 6 months!
